Coffee Caramel Flan For Coffee Caramel Flan, add 4 oz. of espresso coffee before straining and pour into mold. Dot not over stir or over beat. Cream Cheese Flan For Cream Cheese Flan, use a blender. In a blender add 6 eggs, 1 - 8 oz. bar of softened cream cheese and 1 can condensed milk, and 1 tsp vanilla. Blend all at once, just a few seconds until all ingredients mix well, do not strain and pour into caramelized mold (metal works better) in bain marie. Pumpkin Flan For Pumpkin flan, same as cream cheese flan, except replace cheese with 1 - 16oz. can of mashed pumpkin. Yam Flan For Yam flan, same as cream cheese flan, except replace cheese with 1 - 16oz. can of mashed yam. |
