Over the years, coffee enthusiasts around the world have given Puerto Rican coffee high marks for taste and quality. Our Arabica bean coffee is held to the highest quality. Great dessert like taste is important, and so is good
value. When you order from us, you can be sure that your selection will be properly packed with high quality coffee and part of our patrimony and pride. If it is a gift, it will be properly presented to delight and please
your consignee. We ensure quality and value to you and/or your gift recipient.

We welcome your questions and comments. Contact our customer service department with any comments, questions or concerns you may have. When contacting customer service for order status, please include your full name, address,
phone and order number or ordering date. This will help ensure a faster response to your inquiry.

Product Substitution
We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction. On the very rare occasion a product may be out of stock, at our supplier. Substitution may be required for contents samplers and baskets only, they will be of equal or
better quality. No substitution will be made on specific coffee orders, without customer consent.
Newsletter and email Preferences
We never make our customer list available to any organization. Your email address will NEVER be sold or given out to any other companies or third party. Customers newsletters that you may receive will be only from Green
Island Co.. If you prefer not to receive mailings, just send us and email with the word "REMOVE" in the 'subject' area.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Green Island Co., simply return any unopened items for replacement, exchange, a refund or a credit. We will handle your request promptly and courteously (shipping
costs are not refundable). Open packages are not refundable. Damaged boxes should not be accepted from carrier. If the package is damaged in any way the customer must refused delivery and the carrier will proceed to returned the
damaged box to the seller.
Shipping and Handling Info
All orders to one (1) Address will be combined for only one total shipping and handling. Orders to multiple destinations will be processed separately with their corresponding S&H charges, as applicable.
For delivery to APO/FPO addresses there will be no additional charges. Coffee may no be delivered to some APO/FPO addresses due to country restrictions. In this event a full refund will be issued.
Shipments are made biweekly, upon delivery from our suppliers. Although transit time is only 2 to 3 days via USPS Priority, some items may be delayed up to 5 weeks pending receipt from supplier. Express delivery and international
orders have additional charges.
Shipping to/from Canada
We accept orders from Canada and any other country listed in our ordering system but subject to the countries specific restrictions. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or surcharges imposed by the buyers country.
International Orders
We also send items to some international addresses. All customs or foreign handling charges, if any, to be paid by customer.
Christmas Delivery Guarantee
Orders as late as 11:00 PM. Eastern Standard Time on December 1 and your gift will arrive in time for Christmas!
Order Processing
Please Allow 1 to 6 Weeks Our target is 2 to 3 days for shipping. However we supply from multiple supplier sources. Occasionally, suppliers may delay orders due to conditions beyond our control. Orders that cannot be filled within
45 days may be reimbursed without buyers approval. All orders will be either filled accordingly or fully reimbursed. Orders misplaced or damaged by carrier will be replaced after a full investigation within 60 days.
Orders are shipped with tracking number to confirm delivery. All delivery confirmed orders are considered completed.

Privacy Policy Statement
Green Island Co., does not process any Credit Card transactions over the internet or a third party processor. All Credit Card transactions are processed directly between Green Island Co. and our Credit Card merchant account
provider via an electronic credit card terminal, manually.
Green Island Co., does not publish or divulge any information of its customers to anyone or any other company or entity. Telephones and Email addresses or any other customer information are not given or sold to any entity as mailing lists or as any other information source.
For each visitor to our web site, our web server or site does not automatically recognize the consumer's e mail address or retrieve customer information. GIC ensures it's customer's absolute privacy. If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, please email your question.
Our normal business and operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, except holidays and vacation time. Calls received while we are out of the office or will be answered by a FAX Machine.
